Amanti Guacamole Cheese: taking the hardship out of deciding between queso or guac for dipping this Cinco de Mayo.

The new cheese landed on shelves in all 161 Fresh Market stores yesterday. It’s made by a Dutch cheese company called Daily Dairy.
The gouda-esque cheese comes in a dull green color is made with avocado, lime juice, chili, tomato, onion, and garlic, so it’s off to a good start in the guacamole-inspired part.
Amanti Guacamole Cheese comes in a big ol’ wheel, but if you don’t want to risk back injury taking it to the car, followed by a length explanation to your significant other as to why you bought a whole wheel of guacamole cheese instead of pulling a Reese’s and dipping a slice of Dutch dairy into some guac, you’re probably going with having it sliced in-store into wedges. One pound of the cheese sells $24.99. You can find out more about it here.
