I’ve almost hacked through the chain locking me to the keyboard, just in time for this year’s National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show in Albuquerque, NM. The festivities kick off Friday, raise to a fever pitch of tears and beers on Saturday, and last all through the day on Sunday. Hans Wressnigg and I will be roaming the grounds, video camera in hand, interviewing attendees and vendors alike as we sample all the new sauces and rubs from around the world. Hope to see you there!
