Cranberry-Horseradish Jelly
Heat Scale: 
  • 1 (12-ounce) package fresh cranberries
  • ⅓ cup prepared horseradish, well drained
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  1. Combine the ingredients in a small food processor. Pulse until the cranberries are well chopped. Refrigerate at least two hours before serving. (This may be prepared up to two days ahead.)
