Pumpkin Salsa Queso and Pulled Pork Taquitos
Pumpkin Salsa is one of those items that’s so specialized it’s challenging to come up with new things to make with it. It goes with pork, though, and since I’m turning some smoked pulled swine into taquitos, making this as a fall holiday appetizer was a good idea.
Beer Pork Chops on the Grill
Almost any excuse to grill with beer is a good excuse and these grilled pork chops with a ginger kick are no exception.
Adobo Pork Chops
Fall sports mean fall grilling and adobo pork chops (or chicken breasts) are a flavorful alternative to hot wings.
Jerk Pork Chili
The Jerk Pork Chili looks great, with red color and colorful diced peppers in it. Heat-wise, it’s at the low end of medium but the Jamaican Jerk vibe really comes through quite well.
