Watermelon and Basil Salsa
Heat Scale: Medium
diced watermelon (seeds removed)
diced red onion
serrano chile, seeded and minced
basil leaves, shredded
Juice of 1 lime
In a bowl, toss the watermelon with the onion, chile, basil leaves and lime juice. Season to taste with salt.
