showTime to pack a weekend bag before I fly out to Albuquerque for the National Fiery Foods and Barbecue Show in the a-m. I’ll be posting plenty of photos in case you can’t make it, but if you can, you should. Here’s a tentative schedule of what you can expect when you’re not busy prowling the aisles for fire:
