Burn Blog Over the last long while, Dave DeWitt, Hans Wressnigg, and I have worked hard to create a better Burn. Not just the blog, though. We’ve grouped the Pope of Peppers’ churches closer together to give make things easier to find, update our look, and generally make for a better experience for the good folks who take the time to read the craziness that jets out of our collective psyches. There are links to all of our sites above, but here’s a quick breakdown of what’s what:

Fiery Foods & BBQ Central: Or, The artist formerly known as The Fiery Foods & Barbecue Super Site. The old site is going through a total rebuild and update. Coming this fall 2015, our shiny new site will be easy to navigate, mobile friendly, and prettier than ever! Rest assured, all of your favorite content will still be here when we return.

Burn Blog: Burn Central’s quick and dirty younger sister is still just that. We’ll keep posting recipes, reviews, news, and more stories as related to peppers, grilling and barbecue. Burn Blog is where you go for a quick fix to complement the more in-depth stories on Burn Central.

Fiery Foods Show: If it’s related to the annual Fiery Foods Show in Albuquerque, this is the place to find it. We run updates on what you can expect, plus almost-live coverage as the show happens.

Scovie Awards: Recently redesigned, it’s the home of the prestigious Scovie Awards. Find out all the info you need for entering your products, count down to the entry deadline, and get profiles on the winners at this arm of the empire.

Dave DeWitt: The Pope of Peppers’ personal blog. Not only does he talk about peppers, Mr. Prolific also discusses his works, life, and the writing process.
