The Rollin’ Smoke Barbecue Outlaw Burger

For those who haven’t been there, let’s just say Las Vegas isn’t exactly the birthplace of frugal spending and moderation. So why would the Outlaw Burger at Sin City’s own Rollin’ Smoke BBQ be an exception? If you’re the sort of sort of spineless dweeb who practices common sense and listens to his/her cardiologist, this isn’t the entree for you. This one’s for the gluttons, baby.

Sunbelt Shows President Emily DeWitt-Cisneros came across the Outlaw Burger in Vegas last week, bearing witness to the meat tower of intimidation. Its hamburger is mixed with brisket, onion, and bell pepper, then topped with onion strings, red cabbage slaw, lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, and chipotle aioli.
