Never underestimate the power of a good quickie. Unless you’re in an airplane lavatory. The airlines frown more and more on that sort of thing these days. But enough about my checkered past. Here’s a straightforward, simple recipe for a chipotle mayo that goes great with anything it wants to.
Ingredients
- 2 each rehydrated, seeds and stems removed
- 1 tsp granulated onion
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup prepared mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp dried cilantro flakes
Servings: cup
Instructions
- Puree the 2 rehydrated chiles and 2 teaspoons of the rehydrating water.
- Combine the puree with the remaining ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
