Habanero mango syrup lends itself to a few uses; flavoring cocktails and drizzling it over pancakes being just two of the obvious ones. I recommend making it advance so that it has time to cool before you impress your chilehead friends with it, though.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mango juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 each habanero pepper seeds and stems removed, minced
Servings: cups
Instructions
- Mix everything together in a saucepan. Boil it down to the desired consistency.
- Strain the syrup, then let it cool, and you're all set.
