The house at the end of the cul de sac we live on was in such bad shape the county condemned it and there it sat, a vacant, ugly eyesore, until it was recently purchased by a brick and block contractor who completely remodeled it.  And for the barbecue lovers who might buy it, he added something special to the front porch.  See the round, black bulge on the right side of the left pic?  That’s the firebox of the smoker on the porch, with a nice, large grill next to it.  The dream house for outdoor cooking freaks?  All it needs is a built in Disc-It!  The house is for sale, by the way.
