Chris Fowler: The U.K.’s King of Chillis

Harvesting Chilis at NightChris Fowler grows 300 different varieties of chile peppers in South Wales and since he has a day job, sometimes he must harvest them from his poly-tunnel using a head lamp, which also makes a great spotlight for photography! I recorded a podcast with him that you can listen to here. I also featured him in my new book out January 1, Microfarming for Profit.

His ambitious chilli growing (U.K. spelling) is finally getting the media attention he deserves, as you can see below in the Sunday Cardiff newspaper. You can reach Chris via email at chrisfowler1971 [at] googlemail.com.
