I’m not sure why using tikka masala sauce in a lasagna sounded like a good idea. I’m not even sure how the idea hit me; I was, after all, sober. Regardless, baking the crock pot lasagna I had planned with an Indian twist seemed like a good idea at the time.

The $20 monster is 1 1/2 lb of meat and toppings held together by two of the hardest working pretzel buns in the country.

Grilling red meat doesn’t cause cancer. At least, not according to a study led by Dr Ajit Varki, from the University of California San Diego. The UCSD research says red meat may be linked to cancer via something far more villainous than hot coals: sugar.
