Grilled Garlic Butter Corn

Both this and the grilled cabbage recipe come to us from Monica Henin. This is the second recipe she I wanted to share with all of you. It is one of the easiest things you could prepare on the grill.

Instructions
  1. Mix the butter, chives, garlic, salt and pepper into a thick paste. Rub this mixture over the corn.
  2. Wrap each ear of corn with heavy-duty foil. Place them in the refrigerator until you are ready to cook them.
  3. Heat the wrapped corn on the grill. Turn the corn occasionally, but keep them on the grill until they become tender. It should take about 15 minutes.
  4. Let the foil cool. Unwrap the ears and enjoy the goodness of corn with grilled, buttery flavor.
