Ever on the lookout for new ways to spice up Thanksgiving, we have this sweet potato hash recipe for you. Candied yams and sweet potato recipes topped with marshmallows are all well and good but hash makes a pretty memorable alternative too. Feel free to spice this up by adding a couple of teaspoons of minced serrano or jalapeño chiles.
- In a skillet, fry the sweet potatoes in the olive oil until crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mix well, and place in a warm oven until serving time.
